Processing facility operational
Six partner restaurants in Al-Karrada district. 480 kg collected in the first operational month. Routes logged manually; every pickup documented.
Three Baghdad universities onboarded with dedicated collection points. Monthly volume crossed 1,200 kg. Partner count reached 14 organizations.
In-house sorting and processing now handles 1,800 kg per month. Model is documented and replicable across other Iraqi cities.
